We require

- Two proof of I.D. (e.g Driving License & Utility Bills)
- One month's payment in advance & one month's refundable deposit
- Two weeks notice before you leave
- Alternative contact number (in case of emergencies)

What is self storage?

A facility that offers do-it-yourself month to month storage in individual lockable rooms of all sizes for business and domestic use.

How secure & Private is it?

Our facility has 24 hour security with C.C.T.V. and redcare alarm.
The rooms are constructed of steel and are 10ft. high with you as the only key holder. Only you open and lock your room therefore it is very secure and private.

How long can I store for and when can I access my unit?

It's up to you - our minimum charge is only one month, after that you can store for long as you need. You can access your room free of charge as and when you need to during our opening hours. All you need to do is sign in whenever you visit your. You can add or take from your room or even increase / decrease the size of your room as your storage requirements change.

Is Self Storage expensive?

No. Compared to other forms of rental or storage space, Domain Self Storage is relatively inexpensive. We have many different size room, ranging from a locker to 700sq. ft.. so you have a wide choice - and remember a small efficiently packed unit will be more economical than a larger poorly arranged one.

So what are your terms?

It couldn't be easier! You simply deposit the equivalent of one months storage charge as a refundable deposit. You then pay monthly for as long as you require.
All we ask is that you give us 2 weeks notice as to when you are leaving and then you will be refunded the deposits as well as any balance for the month.

What about insurance?

If it's worth storing-it's worth insuring. Therefore we suggest you insure in your own home, office or business we can arrange insurance cover at competitive rates but first you may wish to check with your current insurers as your possessions may already be covered of premises through your present policy.

What about transport and moving in?

Once you have chosen the room you like, you can bring your goods in with a car or a 40 foot lorry and once at the facility you have free use of the trucks and trolleys to help you move into your unit.
