Stores, unless staffed 24 hours, are protected
by a complete electronic intruder alarm system connected to
BT Redcare. Each of its many doors and fire exits is linked
to the emergency services via a central station. Passive infra
red detectors monitor movement inside the building.
During working hours the management team view the store from
the reception area using closed circuit television. Video surveillance
is in operation 24 hours per day covering both inside and outside
the store.
The same careful control and attention to detail is given to
the avoidance of fire risk and sophisticated smoke detection
systems are installed. We also monitor every visitor to the
store. The manager will only allow you access the building after
establishing your identity. New stores are fitted with computerised
CCTV linked to access control, allowing images to be captured
recording each and every person or vehicle arriving and leaving. |
